We are looking for a strong communicator-fander to help us scale the project through the right collaborations, campaigns, stories and partnerships. A person with experience in communications, PR, social impact and cooperation with brands.

Key tasks:

Communications and PR:

• Building a communication strategy for the VRNOW project (both product and mission)
• Creating impact stories about patients, doctors, hospitals
• Preparation of press releases, interviews, analytical/media materials
• Building a brand’s public presence: media, opinion leaders, conferences

Fundraising campaigns:

• Development of fundraising campaigns for hospitals for VRNOW simulators
• Initiation and support of partnerships with brands, foundations, donors
• Preparation of presentations, pitches, fundraising stories, landing pages
• Coordination of campaign launches — from concept to implementation

Partnerships:

• Cooperation with PR teams of brands/agencies for joint impact campaigns
• Preparation of proposals, collaboration packages, social media mechanics, special projects
• Support of collaborations with media/funds

Main tasks: AI/ML R&D

• Research and implementation of modern models: Diffusion Models, Generative AI, Computer Vision, Human Parsing, Image-to-Image, Style/Appearance Transfer.
• Work with open-source models and libraries (PyTorch ecosystem) + adaptation to business requirements.
• Preparation of AI pipelines that work with images, people, objects.
• Development of custom algorithms and improvement of the quality of the visual result.

Integration and production:

• Preparation of models for production: speed optimization, reduction of resources, conversion to ONNX/TensorRT/FP16.
• Participation in the creation of backend infrastructure: API, GPU workers, task queues.
• Interaction with Unity developers or a mobile team to implement results into products.

Data Engineering / Computer Vision:

• Preparation of datasets
• Photo pre- and post-processing: segmentation, masking, posture, normalization.
• Quality analysis and automation of model testing.

Required skills:

• Commercial or R&D experience in the field of Machine Learning / Computer Vision.
• Confident knowledge of Python and PyTorch.
• Understanding modern approaches in Deep Learning: CNN, Transformers, Diffusion Models.
• Experience with CV pipelines: segmentation, detection, keypoints, human parsing or similar.
• Work with Docker, Linux and GPU environment.

It will be a plus:

• Experience in integrating AI models into production (API, optimization, MLOps).
• Knowledge of ONNX, TensorRT, quantization, graph optimizations.
• Experience in AR/VR, 3D
• Understanding Unity/Unreal pipelines or integrating AI into game engines.
• Participation in publications, GitHub projects or own research.
